The Role

- Oversee the daily operation of the bar, ensuring smooth, efficient service during busy periods.

About You
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about excellence and culture. You will have:
- Previous experience as a Senior Bartender or Head Bartender within a luxury hospitality environment.
- Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, wines, spirits, and premium beverages.
- Experience leading, motivating, and developing a bar team.
- Excellent organisational skills with a strong understanding of bar operations and stock management.
- A calm, professional approach and the ability to perform under pressure.
- A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences with outstanding attention to detail.
- A flexible approach to working hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the bar, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
- Deliver consistently high-quality cocktails and beverages to brand standards.
- Train, mentor, and support the development of bartenders and bar support team members.
- Monitor stock levels, ordering, wastage, and inventory controls.
- Ensure health, safety, licensing, and hygiene procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Build positive relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable experiences.
- Support colleagues across departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.
