The Twenty One Recruitment Group have reqiore experienced Switchboard Coordinators for one of Scotland’s leading Building and Service companies. Based in Glasgow, the role will involve answering incoming calls to the business and assist if possible or pass to the relevant colleagues. The role also includes distributing emails that come into the business. This will require effectively monitoring the client emails coming into the service desk email group and filtering them through to the correct contact or department.
