The Twenty One Group are working in partnership with a leading business within the Building Services sector and we are currently supporting their campaign to identify an Electrical Project Manager to join their existing team. This is with a large, recognised business within the UK and there is a lot of scope here to further your career within the company into more senior roles.

Job Description:

  • Work as part of a delivery team, where your role will include but not be restricted to:
  • Procurement (sub-contractors, kit and plant)
  • Programming of work
  • Health & Safety (RAMS)
  • Commercial Responsibility (working alongside Quantity Surveyor and Ops Manager)
  • Ensuring the Project Engineers are fully involved and on board with the project demands.
  • Management of commissioning stages
  • Attending meetings with client team, main contractor, and sub-contractors

The Candidate:

  • A demonstrative track record within the building services sector
  • Proven record of working as an Electrical Project Manager
  • The ability to manage and motivate trades teams.
  • The ability to fully comprehend technical drawings and bill of quantities.
  • Astute commercial awareness

The package:

Our client is one of the market leaders and will pay market leading rates for the right candidate. You will also receive a company car (or allowance) as well as normal company benefits.

The location:

Our client has premises in Glasgow, and you will be required to work on large projects within the West of Scotland, mainly Glasgow.
