Key Responsibilities
- Change and refresh bed linens and make beds to a high standard.
- Vacuum carpets, clean floors, and dust all surfaces.
- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, replenishing amenities as required.
- Empty bins and remove Room Service trays.
- Maintain cleanliness in guest rooms and corridors.
- Report any maintenance issues or lost property promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety and hygiene standards.
