We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Meetings and Events Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating unforgettable events and delivering exceptional service to both corporate and leisure clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in event coordination and sales, who thrives in a luxury environment and wants to develop their career within the hospitality industry.
Key Responsibilities as a Meetings and Events Coordinator:
- Ensuring the end-to-end support to clients from planning event to billing processes.
- Responding to events and residential enquiries from enquiry stage to billing.
- Creating proposals based on clients requirements and take necessary steps to convert the business.
- Creating the function sheet and ensure that there is a correct and smooth handover to the operations team.
- Ensuring the function sheets are distributed in a timely manner to the correct departments.
- Administrative support for the event sales department, including but not limited to signage, function sheet changes report, weekly function sheet distribution, update and manage the CRM (Salesforce) and undertake other sales tasks and reports.

- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on customer service and attention to detail.
