We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Reception Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have proven managerial experience within a hotel Front Office environment, exceptional communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a passion for delivering personalised, outstanding service.

Location: The Egerton House Hotel

Employment type: Full-time, permanent

Working pattern: Shift work 5 days on 2 days off

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading, motivating, and developing the Front Office team
  • Ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations at Reception
  • Managing guest check‑in and check‑out procedures to hotel standards
  • Overseeing guest accounts and administrative processes
  • Handling guest queries and challenges with professionalism and care
  • Driving service excellence and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Previous experience as a Reception Manager or Senior Supervisor in a hotel or similar setting
