We are looking for a full‑time Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a bar, a strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a confident, outgoing personality. This person should be a natural leader with the ability to guide a shift while working collaboratively with the team. The Bar Supervisor will report directly to our Bar Manager, Victoria Micaela Saenz.

Location: The Milestone Hotel & Residences

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Pattern: 5 days a week

Key Responsibilities of a Bar Supervisor:

  • Ensure smooth daily bar operations by leading the team, maintaining service standards and supporting cross‑outlet collaboration.
  • Support menu development and promotional activity in line with brand vision, seasonal changes and business objectives.
  • Lead service by example to consistently deliver personalised Forbes 5‑star guest experiences and uphold agreed service journeys.
  • Effective stock management by monitoring inventory, investigating variances, processing transfers and deliveries and achieving budgeted beverage costs.
  • Support recruitment, induction, training, compliance, and performance development to ensure a confident, knowledgeable and service‑driven bar team.
  • Foster a positive, respectful team culture through communication, encouragement, feedback and escalation of operational concerns when required.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, support senior F&B initiatives, and assist with projects aligned to stakeholder and leadership expectations.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, fire, and security procedures, remaining vigilant and proactive at all times.

  • Previous premium/luxury bar or hospitality experience, with strong knowledge of classic cocktails and a passion for delivering excellent service.
  • Strong ability to lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth operations during your shift.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently and professionally with guests and colleagues.
  • Exceptional standards of cleanliness and organisation, ensuring the bar area is always prepared and fully stocked.
  • Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
  • Ability to handle guest enquiries or concerns with professionalism and composure.
  • Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and busy service times.
