We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Employment type: Full Time, permanent
Working pattern: A combination of shifts, including 7.30am - 4pm and late 12:30pm - 9pm shifts
Key Responsibilities of a Housekeeping Supervisor:
- Checking and inspecting rooms.
- Assisting in the training of team members.
- Inputting and monitoring room status in the computer system throughout the shift.
- Preparing and allocating Room Attendants sections and porter duties.
- Assisting in the control and issuing of keys.
- Helping in the preparation of rotas to ensure there is adequate cover at all times.
- Directly supervising team members.
