We are seeking a professional and welcoming Doorperson/ Luggage Porter to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This position reports directly to the Assistant Resident Manager.

Key Responsibilities of a Doorperson / Luggage Porter:
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
- Provide courteous and efficient assistance at the entrance, opening doors and guiding guests.
- Offer helpful and knowledgeable advice about London’s attractions, transport, and local amenities.
- Assist with guest requests, including arranging transportation and handling deliveries.
- Escorting guests to their rooms and showing them the hotel facilities.
- Answering general guest queries and ensuring the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or hospitality setting.
- A positive and welcoming attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of London’s key attractions, transport links, and local areas.
- Ability to handle luggage and assist guests efficiently.
