We are looking for a Commis Chef. This is a full-time role and will be reporting into the Executive and Head Chef. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, eager to learn, and motivated to grow within a luxury hotel kitchen setting, while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and kitchen hygiene.

Location: The Chesterfield Mayfair

Employment Type: Full Time

Working Pattern: 5 days across the week

The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel is a four-star boutique hotel in the heart of exclusive Mayfair. Some of its features include 107 bedrooms as well as seven different event spaces, a Butler’s Restaurant, a Terrace Bar, Stanley’s Rooftop Bar, and a Conservatory, where we offer our guests a welcoming, friendly atmosphere and exquisite food and drink.
