Meetings & Events Waiter/Waitress - Luxury hotel
We are looking for a Meeting & Events Waiter/Waitress to join our family. We are looking for someone who has excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and has previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment. This role will be reporting into the Meetings & Events Assistant Manager.

Working pattern: 5 days on, 2 days off depending on the business/events

Key Responsibilities of a Meetings & Events Waiter/Waitress:
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Help look after events and meetings, including setting up function spaces/rooms.
- Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
- Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
- Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
- Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
What are we looking for?
- Ability to connect with guests and provide personalised service with a warm, professional attitude.
- A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
- Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or meeting & events setting.
