Key Responsibilities of a Food & Beverage Supervisor:
- Oversee and ensure the smooth running of breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, and dinner services.
- Update and maintain the department’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and excellence.
- Check all drink orders and deliveries upon receipt to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Familiarise yourself with all daily bookings and guest requirements to facilitate seamless service.
- Carry out daily cash-ups during late shifts, ensuring financial accuracy and accountability.
- Liaise effectively with colleagues, management, and kitchen staff to ensure prompt, professional, and efficient service at all times.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end dining setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering personalised and high-quality service.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities, ensuring smooth collaboration with all departments.
- A positive, proactive attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
