Working pattern: Mainly weekend up to 20 hours
Key Responsibilities as a Casual Store Person:
- Stock taking, recording, and reporting of all food and drinks.
- Order all items required for the hotel.
- Ensure purchase orders are raised in accordance with hotel policy.
- Ensure all deliveries are correctly received and stored securely.
- Complete weekly cellar balance of cellar stock.
- Maintain the stores in a clean and tidy manner at all times.
What are we looking for in the Casual Store Person?
- Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stockroom role, ideally within hospitality or catering.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock management systems.
