We are looking for someone with previous bar experience within a hotel or luxury setting with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail who enjoys being part of a high performing team.

Key Responsibilities of a Barback:
- Support Bartenders by restocking bar supplies, glassware, ice, garnishes and beverages.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, cellar, storage areas and ensuring health & safety standards are met.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including setting up the bar, replenishing stock and cleaning tasks.
- Provide efficient, behind‑the‑scenes support during busy service periods to ensure a smooth and seamless guest experience.
