We are looking for a casual waiter/waitress to join our family. You should have excellent customer service skills, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and have previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen and bar staff.
  • Be fully familiar with all menu items and products available to offer informed recommendations and answer guest questions.
  • Ensure tables are cleaned, set up to the highest standards, and maintained throughout the service period.
  • Engage with guests and provide attentive service, ensuring every experience is memorable.
  • Maintain all food service areas to the highest level of cleanliness and hygiene in accordance with hotel standards.
Qualifications
  • Ability to connect with guests and provide personalized service with a warm, professional attitude.
  • A keen eye for detail to ensure high standards of service and presentation are consistently met.
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, with the ability to work seamlessly within a team.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or fine dining setting.
