Working pattern: Mainly weekend up to 20 hours

Key Responsibilities as a Casual Store Person:

  • Stock taking, recording, and reporting of all food and drinks.
  • Order all items required for the hotel.
  • Ensure purchase orders are raised in accordance with hotel policy.
  • Ensure all deliveries are correctly received and stored securely.
  • Complete weekly cellar balance of cellar stock.
  • Maintain the stores in a clean and tidy manner at all times.

What are we looking for in the Casual Store Person?

  • Previous experience in a stores, warehouse, or stockroom role, ideally within hospitality or catering.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with stock management systems.
