We are looking for an enthusiastic Casual Night Porter to join our family on a part‑time basis. We are looking for someone with previous hotel Night Porter experience with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Has a positive attitude towards training and development and enjoys delivering personalised outstanding service to our guests. This position reports to the Head Concierge.

Key Responsibilities of a Night Porter:
- Ensure guests luggage is delivered correctly
- Provide great knowledge of the hotel and local area
- Assist with reception and concierge requests
- Answer general guest queries
- Prepare and deliver room service orders after Kitchen team has finished for the day
- Ensure the lobby and front area of the hotel is presentable and clean at all times
What we are looking for?
- Previous Night Porter Experience: Ideally within a luxury or five‑star hotel setting, with a clear understanding of hotel operations during overnight shifts.
- Excellent Communication Skill.
