ABOUT THE ROLE

We're placing specialist SEND tutors with children and young people on EHCPs matching them with the right support.

Every placement is fully managed and EHCP-aligned. You'll receive a full briefing before your first session, so you know exactly what to expect and your learner gets consistency from day one.

WHAT YOU'LL BE TEACHING

Primary or Secondary level subjects, GCSE preparation, EYFS play-based learning, Core Curriculum or Post-16 Functional Skills.

LEARNER NEEDS

They may have ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, SEMH, physical disabilities, complex profiles requiring trauma-informed or demand-avoidance-aware approaches.

FLEXIBLE COMMITMENT - YOU CHOOSE

From focused specialist sessions to fuller weekly provision - pick what works for you:

  • Specialist support: from 2–3 hrs/week for targeted 1:1 intervention
  • Part-time: 4–8 hrs/week across one or two learners
  • Full provision: up to 15 hours per week with a dedicated learner

YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • Teaching or tutoring experience
  • Experience with SEND learners (preferred)
