The Tutorial Foundation is a small independent day school supporting autistic and ADHD young people. We provide a calm, relationship-led environment with small classes, predictable routines and a strong focus on wellbeing. We are now seeking an experienced, committed SENDCo to lead SEND provision across the school.
The SENDCo will oversee all aspects of SEND, including:
- EHCP management, reviews and statutory compliance
- Provision mapping and progress monitoring
- Coordinating external professionals and multi-agency support
- Advising and guiding staff on effective SEND practices
- Ensuring our low-arousal, trauma-informed ethos is embedded consistently

- A knowledgeable and confident SEND practitioner
- NASENCo is essential
- Strong understanding of autism, ADHD and SEMH
- Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
