With our ever growing business, we are looking for a customer service and returns representative to join our team to assist in the day to day after sales care and support and returns processing.
Role will involve:
- Answer customer phone calls and provide after sales support where necessary.
- Contacting manufacturers to troubleshoot issues and book in returns.
- Deal with customer returns, faulty goods, change of mind etc - liaise with manufacturers and distributors.
- Booking in returns with manufacturers and follow up with manufacturer on customer behalf.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a high pressure environment.
5 day week / Working hours: 9:30am-6:30pm Monday-Saturday
Based in Hayes, West London, UB3
On-site free car parking
Competitive salary, dependant on experience
