The Truth Group is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a brand-new therapeutic children’s home in East Molesey, Surrey. This is a rare opportunity to build a service from the ground up, shape the culture, recruit and develop your own team, lead registration, and create an environment where young people can heal, grow and thrive. What We’re Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services (or willingness to achieve)
- Strong experience within residential children’s services
- Excellent leadership, safeguarding and team development skills
- Commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
- Passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
