The Truth Group is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a brand-new therapeutic children's home in East Molesey, Surrey. What We're Looking For
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or willingness to achieve)
- Strong experience within residential children's services
- Excellent leadership, safeguarding and team development skills
- Commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
- Passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
