The Truth Group is seeking an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a brand-new therapeutic children's home in East Molesey, Surrey.   • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services (or willingness to achieve)
  • Strong experience within residential children's services
  • Excellent leadership, safeguarding and team development skills
  • Commitment to therapeutic, trauma-informed practice
  • Passion for achieving outstanding outcomes for children and young people
