Surrey & Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust is seeking a Trust Doctor of FY2 level or above for our General Internal Medicine Team. The role will be based at East Surrey Hospital within the Short Stay Unit (Godstone ward). The successful appointee will work with two consultants and a multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Provide acute and general internal medicine care for a wide range of short stay patients.
- Attend virtual and follow‑up clinics run by consultants.
- Collaborate with specialty doctors, trust doctors, and an FY1 in patient management.
- Take an active part in educational activities, audit and research within the department.
- Participate in simulation training, teaching and quality improvement work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Evidence of a good standard of written English appropriate to the role.
