The Trust is seeking a strategic leader to design and deliver the Business Continuity (BC) programme in partnership with the Isle of Wight NHS Trust, within the Group structure. The post holder will take ownership of ensuring organisational compliance, assurance, programme delivery and continuous improvement of the BC programme.
They will drive local BC plans to be current, tested and aligned to ISO22301 standards, working with clinical and operational partners to embed resilience and learning
