The Trust is seeking a Named Nurse to take responsibility within a team for the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of community-based care from admission to discharge. You will promote evidence-based practice, participate in audits and research, and guide junior staff in line with NMC and Trust policies.
You will ensure safe care environments, administer medicines according to legal requirements, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies and major incident planning.
