EYFS Teaching Assistant

Trust Education are recruiting on behalf of a friendly primary school in the WF10 area for a supportive and enthusiastic EYFS Teaching Assistant. This is a part-time ongoing role starting in November 2026 offering a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing EYFS team.

The Role:

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons
  • Working with small groups and individual pupils to strengthen learning
  • Helping to maintain an organised classroom and prepare resources for lessons
  • Provide support for pupils with a range of needs
  • Helping to maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Be experienced within an EYFS setting
  • Knowledge with Read, Write, Ink
  • Display a patient, caring and passionate attitude
  • Be reliable, supportive and able to work successfully as part of a team
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Hold a relevant Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential)
