This flexible role offers the opportunity to work with an ambitious and collaborative team dedicated to helping schools provide the very best start for young children. Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist support, advice and coaching to schools to strengthen the quality of Early Years provision and improve outcomes for children.Work collaboratively with school leaders to identify strengths, priorities for development and sustainable improvement strategies.Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of support programmes, ensuring schools make progress towards agreed
objectives.Build and maintain positive professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, acting as an advocate for high-quality Early Years education.Contribute to the wider work of the English Hub, sharing best practice and supporting the successful delivery of programmes and initiatives across the partnership.
