Joining our Customer Service team as Customer Service Representative is a busy role which will combine day to day sales administration and customer service responsibilities. You will be assisting the customer service team with obtaining quotes, researching products, completing orders, researching leads for sales team and scheduling appointments.
We would expect you to have the following experience;
§ Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
§ To have worked in a team driven environment, but able to work on your own with minimum supervision
§ Able to deal with multiple tasks and prioritise work
Skills Required:
§ Competent in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
§ Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
§ Manage time effectively, prioritising tasks and able to work to deadlines

Good knowledge of IT & Telecoms products would be a considerable advantage.

Interview Process:
Stage 1: Microsoft Teams interview. This generally lasts between 15 and 30 minutes
Stage 2: Face to face interview, You may be asked back for a second interview or be asked to carry out an over the phone test as part of this assessment process.
Stage 3: A call with our Customer Service Manager to run through a job offer, set expectations and confirm any outstanding questions.
