An exclusive and rare opportunity has arisen for a Company and Trust Manager to join an independent Corporate Services provider in London. The role will be to administer a portfolio of Company and Trust structures including book-keeping and accounts review for the same. If you have experience of complex fiduciary structures with a good understanding of Director and Trustee duties, then this could be a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Responsibility for all aspects of day to day administration for a portfolio of clients
- Direct client and intermediary contact (written and verbal)
- Maintenance of client financial records
- Production of Minutes and governance documents
- Building and maintaining relationships with key clients, introducers and intermediaries
- Carrying out administration tasks to assigned deadlines
- Carrying out statutory and governance work for a range of companies across various jurisdictions, within filing deadlines
Experience and Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Company and Trust law and statutory and regulatory obligations
- Book-keeping for Companies and Trusts
- Hold a relevant qualification, i.e. ICSA/Governance Institute, STEP
- Demonstrable industry experience in a similar role
- UK Tax awareness (desirable)
Remuneration will be commensurate with the duties and demands of the role and the experience of the candidate.
