Business Analyst
Location: London - Hybrid, 3 days per week
Contract: Initial 12 Months (extendable)
Rate: £250-£350 per day PAYE
We're looking for an experienced Business Analyst / Strategy & Operations professional to support EMEA sales strategy and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex data to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to influence business decisions.
- Translate analysis into clear presentations and strategic recommendations.
- Use AI and automation to improve analytical workflows and efficiency.
- Adapt to changing priorities and communicate trade-offs effectively.
Essential Skills
- 6+ years' experience in Business Analysis, Strategy & Operations, Consulting or a similar environment.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large/complex datasets.
- Proven stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience working in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Demonstrable experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflows.
Desirable
- Tableau/Looker, AI automation, EMEA experience, and backgrounds in technology, advertising or media.
