We are Triscan Group, the UK's largest manufacturer and supplier of fuel management systems, fuel monitoring software, fuel pumps, storage tanks and refuelling infrastructure. Our extensive and loyal customer base includes well-known haulage and distribution companies, local and regional authorities, leading bus and coach companies as well as the emergency services! Our customers' sites are spread throughout the UK, from small yards with 10 vehicles to a national delivery network with over 250 fuel locations and over 40,000 vehicles. Simply, if there is a requirement for fuel, we will be there.
We are now recruiting for a Fuel Monitoring and Pump Installation Engineer, you will be working on-site installing and maintaining Triscan Group's equipment - including fuel monitoring systems, fuel pumps and tank gauges from leading UK and European suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Installing and servicing fuel monitoring systems, fuel pumps, and tank gauges
- Delivering outstanding technical support and customer service on-site
- Diagnosing and repairing faults quickly and effectively
- Ensuring compliance with safety and electrical standards
- Maintaining accurate service and installation records
- Working flexibly to meet customer needs across a broad client base
Requirements
- Experience as an engineer from the fuel industry (not water or plumbing sector)
- Proven experience with fuel pumps, tank gauges, and fuel monitoring systems
- Electrical Wiring certification 18th Edition (Compex Ex07-Ex08 advantageous)
- Ability to pass a DBS check (required for government and emergency service sites)
- Strong background in fuel system installation and maintenance
- Full UK driving licence and experience working in the field
Please note: We are specifically seeking candidates from the fuel or petroleum engineering industry. Applications from water pump or plumbing engineers will not be suitable due to the specialist nature of this role.
