The Traveller Movement seeks a Senior Women’s Development and Advocacy Officer to lead trauma-informed programmes empowering Romani, Gypsy and Traveller women and girls. You will coordinate advocacy, policy engagement and campaigns while upholding safeguarding and confidentiality.
You will build partnerships, mentor a small team and influence practice to ensure safety, autonomy and inclusive outcomes for women and girls within a supportive, community-focused environment.
