Responsibilities
- Strategic formulation and leadership of key initiatives, including market horizon scanning and competitor benchmarking
- Design and communicate an investment framework aligning priorities with business objectives
- Lead strategy communications with Corporate Communications and stakeholders to ensure visibility of priorities and outcomes
- Establish and mature performance frameworks (OKRs, KPIs) to monitor progress and drive disciplined execution
- Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, navigating ambiguity and building consensus across cross-functional teams
- Key requirements
- Degree in Business, Economics, Strategy, Finance, or related discipline
- Understanding of London and European insurance markets and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or related discipline within a complex organization
- Experience working with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Strong financial and analytical acumen to assess portfolio performance and opportunities
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences
