The successful candidate will have a strong insurance background within solicitors or professions and will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of broker-assigned accounts, with an emphasis on renewals before developing new business over time.The role involves making sound underwriting decisions across the full policy lifecycle and working within defined underwriting authority to deliver against branch financial targets. You will collaborate closely with internal colleagues, while maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness to brokers and business partners.Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This entails full time employees working three days a week in the office and two days at home (or pro rata for part-time employees). This policy may be changed at the Company’s discretion.What Will You Do?Underwrite and assess risk to maximise business growth and profitability for allocated book of business.
