You’ll support planning line managers and portfolio leads with performance management activity, helping to coordinate competing priorities and keep stakeholders informed on timelines.
- MI and reporting – Help provide the regular management information the business relies on, bridging gaps while automated reporting is developed. You’ll support the transition of ongoing reporting responsibilities to business intelligence, helping to validate new outputs and improve existing ones.
- Ad‑hoc analysis – Contribute to one‑off requests from underwriters and the underwriting office – such as line‑size reviews, custom data cuts, portfolio mix analysis, and quote analysis – producing accurate, evidence‑based conclusions.
- Data manipulation – Analyse external data and help apply it to Travelers’ strategy. Bring together various datasets into clean, easy‑to‑use databases, assessing their usefulness and accuracy. Use AI tools to streamline manual tasks where appropriate. Carry out other duties as needed.
Be Committed, Be Connected, Be Creative and Be Commercial – these are the values we are passionate about. Understanding and embracing our values will shape your success and contribute to making Travelers Europe a great place to work.
