Alongside our sister company, Small World Marketing (one of the UK's leading representation agencies for luxury lodges and hotels across Africa and the Indian Ocean), we're looking for a bright, proactive Junior Marketing Executive to join our small, but mighty team.

This is a genuinely varied role. One day you're drafting a newsletter, the next you're cutting a webinar recording in iMovie, updating a CRM, or helping pull together a sponsorship deck. You'll work closely with our Founder and the wider commercial and editorial team, getting exposure to two fast-growing businesses in the luxury travel space...a brilliant opportunity to build a really broad skill set early in your career.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting sales with proposals, presentations and partner onboarding
  • Writing and scheduling newsletters, campaign emails and website content (WordPress)
  • Editing and repurposing webinar recordings and promo videos into social-ready clips
  • Running the client webinar programme...Zoom, editing, YouTube uploads
  • Keeping CRMs (HubSpot & Daylite), databases and partner records spot on
  • Contributing fresh ideas for campaigns and community engagement

What we're looking for:

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications or Business (or equivalent experience)
  • Personal or professional travel experience in Africa and/or Latin America
  • Strong writing skills, solid Excel/Google Sheets know-how, and confidence with Canva
  • Some video editing experience (basic cutting/editing is great)
  • Someone organised, curious, and just as happy behind a spreadsheet as writing a story

A rare chance to work across two closely-linked, fast-growing travel businesses. Direct mentorship from experienced industry leaders. Exposure to world-class travel brands and destinations. A lovely rural office in Biddestone, near Chippenham (own transport needed). A supportive, ambitious and creative team who genuinely love what they do. Competitive salary, based on experience.
