The Travel Fox is seeking a Head of Operations to own and optimize daily delivery for our portfolio of about 130 holiday homes across the country.

You will lead a remote support team, coordinate cleaners and tradespeople, and work closely with the COO to build and scale the operation.

You will take ownership of problems, act promptly, and balance analytical review with hands-on management.

A background in holiday lets or serviced accommodation is valued, with room to grow into broader leadership
