Working within the travel division, you will work on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred private jet clients, to build a list of repeat travel customers. You will demonstrate an expert understanding of the most suitable travel product for each customer and make suitable recommendations. Your responsibilities include managing travel bookings from enquiry to completion and collaborating with other company departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
Maintaining a “Customer First” attitude is essential, taking full ownership of our customers' in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully. You will build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and pro-actively manage your customer list through outbound sales calls, emails, and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to drive loyalty and repeat business.
Engaging with suppliers and partners is crucial to provide the most suitable choices for the customer's requirements. You will work towards exceeding daily, monthly, and annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets, collaborating and contributing towards a wider group collective. Following company procedures in a methodical and chronological way is necessary to ensure the protection of both TTD and your clients.
You will work productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, making prompt, clear decisions that may involve tough choices or considered risks. Representing the business externally at events with suppliers, customers, and wider industry peers is also part of the role.
Qualifications:
- A high aptitude and passion for sales, with previous experience of lead sourcing, cold calling, and direct selling preferred.
- Very clear written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong numeracy skills, are a requirement.
- A keen interest in major global destinations, travel products, and in progressing a career within the Travel Industry.
- An organised and disciplined attitude towards workload and time management, balancing multiple factors at any one time, is very important.
- A willingness to commit to the demands of the role, including working outside of regular working hours when necessary.
- Ability to work independently, but also collaborate with people inside and outside of both The Travel Division and the wider parent company.
- Somebody who enjoys working to both individual and team goals/objectives within a friendly and competitive environment.
Additional Information:

- 22 days annual leave (increasing to 25 after 1 year of service and with length of service).
- Clear path for further career progression.
- Free daily breakfast and lunch in our office canteen
