The Role
Help our river cruise guests get smoothly between airport and ship as part of the Trafalgar River Transfers team.
You will turn lists of arriving and departing guests into manifests and book transfers with third party suppliers across Europe, depending on whether guests have booked pre or post cruise or embarkation and disembarkation services.
It is a busy role covering three ships, keeping suppliers, Airport Representatives and Local Hosts up to date as plans change. You will also close services in MXP Software each day or week, so supplier and airport service invoices are processed on time.
Some flexibility is needed, including updating manifests and informing third parties out of hours.
