This is a major enhancement initiative delivering multiple new features across the Trafalgar River Tech stack for the Trafalgar brand.
Trafalgar River is the initial project, with the successful candidate sequenced onto further projects within the Delivery roadmap once it is complete.
The programme spans online Booking Enablement across D2C, B2B, and CRM and Data, including multiple enhancements across each of these channels.
Delivering these changes will require close coordination across technology, product, operations, finance, data, architecture and external delivery partners.
Reporting to the Head of PMO and working under the strategic direction of the Technology Director, the successful candidate will provide hands-on leadership across the full project lifecycle, from mobilisation and detailed planning through design, build, integration, testing, implementation and operational transition.
This role requires someone with demonstrable experience delivering complex enterprise technology, across CRM, Data and D2C/B2B digital.
The successful candidate must be comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, managing significant dependencies, and translating strategic direction into a clear, controlled and executable delivery plan.
The Project Manager will be accountable for delivering the project to agreed scope, time and budget while ensuring that technology outputs translate into operational readiness, measurable business value and realise the benefits committed in the business case.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES End-to-End Project Delivery – Lead the Trafalgar River Transformation project from mobilisation and planning through design, build, integration, testing, deployment, hypercare and value realisation.
