The Opportunity
We're looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Lead to shape how we attract, assess and hire talent across TTC's global business. This isn't just about running recruitment — it's about translating business ambition into hiring strategies that actually work at scale, building a connected global TA community, and making sure every hire reinforces who we are and where we're heading.
You'll report into our Director, Global Talent Management, lead our Global TA Partner, and work closely with Regional TA Partners across our markets.
What you'll do
- Shape and evolve our global TA strategy: Partner with our Director of Global Talent Management to refine the direction of talent acquisition at TTC. Translate business priorities into sourcing strategies, pipeline focus areas, and hiring approaches that work in practice.
- Lead and build our global TA community: Connect dedicated TA professionals and hiring-involved employees across regions. Provide the toolkits, frameworks, and guidance that raise the bar everywhere — and foster a culture of knowledge sharing that makes the whole community stronger.
- Drive operational excellence: Oversee hiring performance globally — time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, pipeline health. Use data to spot trends, address risks, and continuously improve. Personally lead select executive and complex hires to stay close to the market and model best practice.
- Optimise our tools, tech and processes: Own the TA technology landscape (Dayforce ATS and supporting tools). Drive adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement. Bring in automation and AI where it genuinely adds value.
- Champion our employer brand, DEI and candidate experience: Partner with Talent Management and Communications & Engagement to activate our EVP. Embed inclusive hiring practices end-to-end. Make sure every candidate — hired or not — walks away thinking more of TTC.
What you'll bring
- Significant experience leading talent acquisition in a multi-region or global environment.
- Proven ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels — comfortable in executive conversations and rolling up your sleeves.
- A track record of influencing senior stakeholders and earning their confidence in TA.
- Experience building and leading high-performing recruitment teams and communities.
- Demonstrated success improving hiring outcomes, direct sourcing ratios, and cost efficiency.
- Deep fluency in recruitment analytics, ATS/HRIS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
Nice to have: Experience in travel, hospitality or multi-brand organisations. Exposure to AI and recruitment tech innovation. Background implementing global TA frameworks or operating models. (These are advantageous but not essential — strong candidates without them are still encouraged to apply.)
