This position is ideal for someone looking to gain experience in the travel and tourism sector while contributing to the smooth delivery of services behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and dispatch Travel Director documentation Perform general administrative duties (including posting updates on the TD Teams Channel) Support departmental needs with a flexible, can-do approach to varying administrative tasks Competencies: Flexible, reliable, and proactive Strong attention to detail Team-oriented mindset Ability to work well under pressure Positive and professional demeanor Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience: This is an entry-level position; however, experience in operations or within the travel and tourism sector is a plus Other Requirements: Fluency in spoken and written English Legal right to work in the EU Physical ability to lift objects up to 12kg regularly as part of daily tasks Office-based role (not remote) What We Offer: Salary: £25,500 pro rata Paid overtime during peak periods Zero-hour contract | Up to 20 hours per week Flexible start date for the right candidate The Travel Corporation is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
