TTC Tech is seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead complex customer-facing digital and commerce change across our travel brands.

The initial assignment focuses on the rollout of an Order Management System (OMS) and Contiki Phase 2 , two highly interdependent projects.

Contiki Phase 2 includes the Create an Account experience and Build a Trip, enabling guests to shape and save a more tailored, multi-product trip before booking.

The work spans the Contiki digital journey and the services supporting customer identity, product and availability, pricing, basket, booking and payments.

The scope and delivery approach will need to be developed in collaboration with brand, product and technology teams, considering dependencies on Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel and the emerging OMS programme.

Reporting to a Senior Project Manager, the successful candidate will work closely with Contiki stakeholders, product owners, technology teams and external partners to translate an evolving brief into clear decisions, an integrated delivery plan and controlled execution from definition through launch and adoption.

We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager who can navigate a matrix organisation, explain complex software dependencies in plain language, influence senior stakeholders and deliver business outcomes through strong planning, governance and team leadership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

End-to-End Project Delivery

Lead the Contiki Horizon 2 assignment from definition and mobilisation through design, build, integration, testing, launch, hypercare and transition into business-as-usual support. Establish scope, success measures and key decisions before committing to delivery timelines.

Integrated Planning and Control

Develop and maintain an integrated delivery plan across brand, product, technology and external suppliers, covering milestones, dependencies, resource requirements, costs, assumptions and changes to scope or priorities.

Customer Journey and Platform Coordination

Coordinate the digital customer experience with underlying customer account, content, product, availability, pricing, basket, booking and payment capabilities. Work with technical specialists to clarify interfaces, ownership and non-functional requirements.

Programme Dependencies and Decision-Making

Collaborate with Salesforce, Tropics, Omnichannel and OMS programme leads to understand dependencies, platform readiness and delivery sequencing. Escalate unresolved decisions with clear options and business implications.

Cross-Functional Team Leadership

Coordinate business, product, design, engineering, architecture, data, QA, security, operations and external delivery partners. Establish clear accountability and maintain delivery momentum across matrixed teams.

Stakeholder and Vendor Management

Build trusted relationships with brand leaders, sponsors, senior stakeholders and delivery partners. Communicate progress and risks transparently, challenge assumptions constructively and secure timely decisions.

Governance, Reporting and Delivery Methodology

Apply TTC Tech's project delivery framework using appropriate Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies. Maintain integrated plans, RAID logs, decision records, change control, financial forecasts and executive reporting.

Risk and Dependency Management

Proactively identify and manage integration, capacity, commercial and operational risks. Challenge assumptions, evaluate trade-offs and escalation issues before they affect delivery outcomes.

Testing, Launch and Operational Readiness

Coordinate end-to-end, integration, regression, performance, security and user acceptance testing with relevant teams. Support business readiness, training, cutover, go/no‑go decisions, launch and hypercare.

Business Outcomes and Benefits

Define measurable customer and business outcomes with sponsors, track delivery against agreed objectives and ensure accountability for adoption, performance and post-launch improvements.

KEY INDIVIDUAL TRAITS

  • Structured and Delivery-Focused - Creates clarity and momentum in evolving programmes without unnecessary bureaucracy.
  • Technically Curious - Understands software journeys, APIs, data flows and integration risks sufficiently to challenge assumptions and explain consequences.
  • Stakeholder Influence - Builds credibility with brand and technology leaders, constructively challenges senior stakeholders and navigates competing interests.
  • Executive Communication - Provides clear, concise and evidence-based updates, presents options and drives decisions.
  • Commercial Awareness - Understands supplier commitments, budgets, milestones and the financial implications of delivery decisions.
  • Substantial hands‑on experience delivering software or digital transformation projects from definition through launch within complex organisations.
  • Proven delivery of customer‑facing digital products, e‑commerce, booking, reservations, CRM, customer identity or other transactional platforms.
  • Experience managing discovery, scope definition, planning, design, build, integration, testing, release, operational readiness and post‑launch support.
  • Experience rolling out an Order Management System to orchestrate package‑level pricing and migrate business rules into the OMS layer.
  • Strong understanding of application, API, data, vendor and shared‑platform dependencies.
  • Experience leading matrixed delivery teams across product, engineering, architecture, QA, data and business functions without direct line management authority.
  • Strong senior stakeholder communication, executive reporting, escalation and decision‑making skills.
  • Proven project governance, integrated planning, budget management, forecasting, risk management, change control and supplier oversight.
  • Experience coordinating business acceptance, end‑to‑end testing, release and operational handover.
  • Familiarity with delivery and reporting tools such as Monday.com, Jira, Confluence, Excel or equivalent platforms.

Highly Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering digital travel, booking, itinerary, availability, pricing, basket or payment journeys.
  • Experience with customer account functionality, logged‑in experiences, CRM, personalisation or customer identity.
  • Experience integrating customer‑facing digital products with enterprise commerce, reservation or Order Management Systems.
  • Experience managing software vendors, systems integrators or distributed and offshore delivery teams.
  • Experience coordinating staged releases and managing dependencies across platforms undergoing simultaneous transformation.

TRAVEL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility to work across time zones when required to collaborate with international stakeholders and delivery partners.
