About Evan Evans

Evan Evans Tours, part of The Travel Corporation (TTC), is the UK’s leading day tour operator. Since 1933, we’ve offered unforgettable sightseeing experiences across London, Windsor, Stonehenge, Bath, Edinburgh, and Paris. Our head office also serves as a passenger departure lounge for many of our tours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working within the Guest Services team to ensure the smooth running and operation of our ABBA Voyage and Warner Bros. Studio Tour.
  • Checking-in guests
  • Welcoming guests on board our coaches
  • Liaising with venues with regards to tickets
  • Dealing with any issue which might arise (i.e. coach delay etc.)
  • Handling coach departures from the venue back to London
  • Ensuring that all paperwork for the departure is accurately prepared and checked.
  • Ensuring a smooth communication and cooperation between you, our office, and the venue teams

About You!

  • Customer service experience is preferable.
  • A people person who thrives in a guest-facing role.
  • Familiarity with key venues or attractions is a plus
  • Ability to work on your own initiative, both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability
  • Flexible to work across different shift patterns
