POSITION SUMMARY

We’re looking for highly motivated individuals to join our Product Design team. You’ll work with a truly global team to deliver the best travel experiences in the business.

This role plays a key part in supporting the Design Manager and team by coordinating product setup for upcoming seasons, researching and understanding brand offering and driving the development and enhancement of itineraries and optional experiences.

You’ll contribute to ensuring our tours operate seamlessly in the development and setup of tour series prior to season beginning while evolving to meet guest expectations and market trends.

Responsibilities

  • Run pre-season checks across your allocated series so we only sell product that's deliverable and keeps guests coming back.
  • Get product ready for upcoming seasons and lead the summer and winter handovers.
  • Source new suppliers and coordinate optional experiences from concept to refinement.
  • Plan and run experience trials to check quality and guest appeal.
  • Support contracting where gaps exist, and track guest feedback and QC insights to keep standards high.
  • Prepare and deliver mid-season reviews, using operator insight to improve on-road engagement and upselling.
  • Run competitive analysis and contribute to future-season planning, pitching new ideas and tour series.

  • A strong communicator across written, spoken and presentation settings, including public speaking.

  • Willing and able to travel a few times a year.
  • Familiarity with TTC technology and systems.

Experience

  • Experience in Europe product development or operations
  • Additional European languages (particularly Italian, Spanish or French) highly regarded
  • Travel & Other Requirements
  • International Travel is required for this role
  • Hybrid working position to include 2 day a week in our London office
