This role supports the smooth operation of the Travel Director (TD) function by preparing and dispatching essential documentation, ensuring TDs have the materials they need ahead of each trip. It also involves handling a range of general administrative tasks, including posting timely updates and information on the TD Teams channel. Duties may vary depending on the evolving needs of the department, requiring a flexible and proactive approach.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure that all elements of the trip pack are prepared to an excellent standard, including items such as luggage tags, Single room supplement forms, Chip & Pin Roll, etc.
- Preparing and dispatching Travel Director documentation
- General administration duties (including posts on the TD Teams channel)
- Support for daily operational activities
