POSITION SUMMARY
This is an opportunity to lead a high-profile, time-critical content project at the heart of a major brand launch. As Content Project Manager, you will take ownership of a scaled rewrite of a large travel product catalogue, coordinating a copy editor, CMS editor, Production team members, and travel specialists to deliver quality content on time and within budget. You will manage delivery of tiered content rewrites across the full product range ahead of launch, preparing the team for a complete post-launch rewrite to bring all remaining content up to the new brand standard.
The project covers a rewrite of IV and CS travel product catalogues, structured in tiers to prioritise the highest-impact content for launch:
Phase 1 (May – September 2026)
- Top sellers (20% of the catalogue) receive a full rewrite.
- A further 30% of the catalogue receives a partial rewrite, covering descriptions and brand language.
- The remaining 50% receives a light optimisation of brand language and SEO.
All rewritten content is checked by the Travel Experiences team, uploaded to the CMS, and validated ahead of launch.
Phase 2 (October 2026)
Prepare team plan for a full rewrite of all remaining itineraries not completed in Phase 1, aligned to new brand standards, and align with Production team to scope new imagery requirements to match brand briefs across the product range.

- Manage day-to-day workflows across the full project team, keeping everyone aligned and on track.
