Position Summary
If you have a passion for welcoming guests and delivering the best in customer service, we want to hear from you! We’re looking for exceptional people to provide a Meet and Greet service, covering a hospitality desk within our London hotels. You’ll be the face of the company, enabling guests to make the most of their stay, providing information on the “must see” sights and selling an array of attraction tickets. This is a seasonal shift-based role including some early starts and late finishes, 4 days on, 2 days off, commencing 02 March and concluding mid October. The working pattern will include weekends and bank holidays.
In this role you will:
- Offer a warm and genuine welcome to guests at their London hotel.
- Deal pro-actively with any issues and resolve problems effectively.
- Advise guests of how to enjoy their time in London.
- Sell a variety of sightseeing options and theatre tickets to our guests to enhance their experience of London.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, suppliers, and other departments within the business.
- Liquidation – banking of monies.
Required skills: what you need to be considered
Outstanding customer service experience.
Fluent English speaker – clearly spoken.
Positive and friendly personality.

Good knowledge of London and its many attractions.
Background in a similar role or previous travel industry experience is desirable.
