  • Improve L&D systems and processes by managing data, budgets, licences, and content repositories, while tracking feedback and driving scalable, efficient operations.
  • Maintain the LMS by uploading content, managing enrolments and compliance tracking, and resolving user access issues.

L&D projects are delivered on time and within scope, with clear, up-to-date plans, trackers, documentation, and communication in place.

  • L&D managers and stakeholders are kept informed through timely, proactive communication, with actions clearly tracked.
  • Training sessions are delivered in line with learning principles, well-organised, and supported by smooth logistics (materials, tech, facilitators prepared in advance).
  • The learner experience is consistently high quality, with strong feedback and continuous improvement based on evaluation.
  • Learning data, reporting, and ROI measures are accurate, accessible, and shared on time, enabling insight and informed decision-making.
  • L&D systems, folders, and processes are well-maintained and continuously improved, driving efficiency, consistency, and ease of access.
  • LMS content, learning paths, and records are accurate, up to date, and fully functional, supporting a seamless learning experience.
  • Enrolments, reporting, and learner support are managed efficiently, with issues resolved quickly and data maintained with high accuracy.

2–3 years’ experience in Learning & Development, Talent, HR, or project coordination. Strong experience coordinating training programmes, events, or multi-step projects.
