POSITION SUMMARY
Are you skilled in proofreading, passionate about travel and known for your meticulous attention to detail? As a Content Coordinator you’ll support content management for global guided tour brands Trafalgar Tours, Contiki Holidays, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold and Costsaver. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring itinerary information, guest documentation and branded messaging are accurate, compelling and consistently aligned across guest‑facing and internal platforms.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Content Management: Create, maintain and update itinerary content and guest documentation within our Content Management System to support global guided tours.
- Technical Execution: Leverage tools such as Umbraco, GitHub, Microsoft Office 365, Monday.com and Airtable to manage tasks, projects and content updates. Be prepared to adopt and learn new technologies as required.
- Quality Assurance: Proof brochure pages, website content and guest documentation with a sharp eye for grammar, consistency and brand alignment.
- Problem‑Solving: Take initiative to troubleshoot technical or content‑related issues, collaborating with internal teams to identify solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with members of the Travel Experiences and wider TTC teams to meet project deadlines, share insights and ensure effective communication throughout the content production process.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- Proven experience in content management and/or proofreading, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
- Strong command of the English language, with excellent grammar, spelling and editing skills.
- Demonstrated geographical and cultural knowledge and an interest in global travel.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and systems, with a demonstrated ability to learn new platforms quickly.
- A team player with a positive attitude, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

After your first year, you’ll receive an annual travel credit to travel on any one of our core travel brands. You will also be entitled to 2 weeks a year when you can work from anywhere in the world. We offer a global training calendar, with a mix of virtual, in‑person and e‑learning courses. Plus, we help to support external learning and development courses that interest you and drive your passion. You are entitled to two paid workdays each year to volunteer and make a difference in causes that are close to your heart.
